Fine Salmon Spread
The perfect fine salmon spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Smoked salmon
- 1 pack Soy Cuisine
- 1 pack Horseradish
- 1 pack Dill
- 1 pack Lemon oil
- 1 pack Orange zest
- 1 pack Orange mustard
- 1 pack Honey liquid
Preface to the quantities
- I have deliberately not given any quantities in the ingredients because this spread should simply be seasoned to taste
preparation
- 2nd first time per person turn 1 small slice of salmon into a rose and chill … cut the rest of the salmon into large pieces and either fill it into the speedygirl from tupperware like me (or puree in a tall mashing cup with the blender)
- Now the soy cuisine (if you want, you can also use sour cream, creme fraiche, cream or fresh cheese) a little lemon oil, orange peel, a little orange mustard, a little honey, dill and krenn and puree the mixture vigorously – season to taste again
serve and decorate
- For the “normal” case, the spread is portioned per person in small bowls and decorated with the prepared salmon roses and a little dille and krenn
- for the guests of a special theme evening, you could also form cams with 2 spoons and decorate the plates with balsamic cream (here, for example, for a card evening it was decorated with playing card symbols)
