Salmon Cream Cheese Spread
The perfect salmon cream cheese spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Salmon Gravaved
- 300 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 3 Poles Spring leek
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0,5 tsp Organic lemon zest
- Pepper, salt, pinch of sugar
- 1 shot Cream, possibly
- Stir the cream cheese with the juice and zest until creamy. Cut the salmon into small cubes, clean the leek and cut into fine rings. Keep the rings from a stick of leek for decoration. Then add the leek and salmon to the cream cheese. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Be careful with the salt at first. First of all, try how salty the salmon is. If the mass is too firm (always depends a bit on the texture of the cream cheese), stir in a small dash of cream for the creaminess ……….. finished. For consumption, it is recommended to take the spread out of the refrigerator 30 minutes beforehand. This way it develops its aroma better.
