Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp rum
- 250 g potato flour
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For a loaf pan
Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the rum and salt. Combine the potato flour with the flour and baking powder and knead well. Bring the butter to a boil and immediately fold it into the batter. Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 175°C for about 70 minutes.
