Fine sausage spread
- 0,5 Shallot
- 150 g Bacon (slices)
- 25 g Butter
- 150 g Gravlax meat
- Peel the shallot and cut into pieces. Put in a food processor (Thermomix, Mr. Magic or similar). Tear up the bacon (slices) and add. Puree the whole thing finely. Add the butter & the gravlax also shredded.
- Finely puree again. Put the whole thing in a glass with a screw cap. This fine sausage spread can be kept in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
