Fine spelt noodle soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 ¼ liters of water
  • 3 tsp, heaped beef broth, granulated
  • 2 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 100 g spaghetti (whole grain spelled)
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Favorite soup

Melt butter in a saucepan and lightly brown the finely diced onion. Deglaze with water and add beef broth. Break the spaghetti into small pieces and cook in the broth for about 10 minutes until al dente. Season with pepper, if desired. Garnish with chives.
