Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sweet potato(s), peeled, 350 g
- vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp double cream cheese
- Salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Lemon pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the sweet potato into cubes. Cook them in vegetable broth until tender, then drain. Mash the cubes with a potato masher. Stir in the cream cheese. Season the mash with salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle with lemon pepper when serving.
