Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g fresh mushrooms, halved
- 150 g leek, cut into rings
- 500 g turkey breast fillet(s), cut into cubes
- 30 g butter or margarine
- 30 g flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ liter chicken broth (instant)
- 100 g cream or milk (to save calories)

Briefly fry the turkey breast cubes in butter or margarine, add the mushrooms, fry briefly, and dust with flour. Make a roux with the chicken stock, season with the spices, add the leek, and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in the cream or milk and season again with salt and pepper. Serve with rice, tagliatelle, or even hash browns.
