Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- basil
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Parsley
- 1 dash of cream, if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix everything together well. If it’s not smooth enough, add a splash of cream. Toss with the salad, adding a few sliced mushrooms or shrimp if desired. A few baked potatoes make a great side dish.
