Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • basil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Parsley
  • 1 dash of cream, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix everything together well. If it’s not smooth enough, add a splash of cream. Toss with the salad, adding a few sliced ​​mushrooms or shrimp if desired. A few baked potatoes make a great side dish.
