The perfect finger food … cheese – ham – croissant recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 275 g Fresh puff pastry
- 4 Discs Cheese to taste
- 4 Discs Chicken, turkey breast or boiled ham;
- 50 g Cream cheese yogurt
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika
- 4 Branches Finely chopped parsley
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk
- Roll out the puff pastry, roll over it lightly with the rolling pin, quarter and cut the quarters diagonally.
- Rinse, dry and finely chop the parsley. Season the cream cheese yoghurt with salt, pepper and paprika, add the parsley and mix everything well. Place a dollop of seasoned cream cheese on each triangle and distribute it, leaving the edges free. Cut the ham and cheese diagonally and place on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll up from the broad side to the tip, pressing the sides a little bit so that the cheese does not run out completely. 😉 Curl the ends a little into a crescent shape.
- Place the rolled up pieces on baking paper. Whisk the egg yolks with milk and brush the croissants well with them.
- In the Airfryer: heat to 180 ° C and then bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. In the oven: Preheat to 180 ° C convection / hot air and then bake for 15-25, depending on the desired degree of browning. It can be baked well as a reserve, freeze fresh and when it is removed, it feels as if it was freshly made after defrosting. 😉
