Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 slices toast bread, crust removed
- 20 g butter
- 200 g sausage (cold cuts), 2 slices each from the butcher, to taste
- 30 g fish (pollock schnitzel)
- 50 g cheese, mixed to taste
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 1 gherkin(s)
- 20 g caviar
- 4 olives
- 5 leaves of iceberg lettuce or enivia lettuce, cut into pieces
- 20 g cream (fish paste)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Spread a thin layer of butter on the toast and cut each slice into 9 small rectangles. Then, using toothpicks, skewer a piece of lettuce, then a sausage, then a garnish, and place it on the sheet. Do the same with the rest of the topping or whatever you have in the fridge.
