Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 2 tsp salt

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough. Then roll them into small “cones” and place them in hot, salted water. Don’t add all of them at once, but add a few at a time. Stir the water occasionally and loosen any stuck-to noodles from the side of the pot. The noodles are ready when they float to the top; simply fish them out with a sieve. We eat the noodles fried with egg and applesauce or just with cinnamon and sugar.
