Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 eggs, separated
- 250 g milk
- 150 g sugar
- Cinnamon
- 4 rolls, stale, e.g. raisin rolls or similar.
- 2 bananas, ripe

Homemade creation that tastes super delicious
Cut open the raisin rolls (or toast, white rolls) and place them in the baking dish. Separate the eggs. Briefly warm the milk and mix it with the egg yolks. Pour the mixture over the rolls and let it soak in. Puree the quark with a banana and about 100g of sugar. Beat the egg whites with 50g of sugar until stiff. Add a little salt. Then mix the egg whites into the banana quark. Cut open a banana and place it over the rolls. Pour the quark mixture over the bananas and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Place in the oven at 180-200°C for about 45 minutes.
