Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tsp ground coffee
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 150 ml syrup (cane sugar syrup)
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g raisins
  • 275 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Brew the coffee powder with 150 ml of boiling water until it forms a mocha and set aside. Melt the butter and let it cool again. Beat the eggs and sugar until very fluffy, then add the syrup, cloves, cinnamon, and raisins. Fold in the butter. Then stir in the sieved mocha. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift, and stir in. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake in the preheated oven on the second rack from the bottom for about 60 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack, then turn it out and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
