Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- Milk
- Sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Fruit, as desired such as:
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 pear(s)
- ½ mango(s)
- pineapple
- banana(s)
- Grapes (white and/or red)
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Almond(s), for garnish (chopped or slivered)

Fruit salad to fall in love with
Wash, core, and cut the fruit into small pieces. Then, toss the fruit with the lemon juice and add the vanilla sugar, stirring again. Now place the quark in a bowl and add enough milk until the mixture is creamy. Season to taste with sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread the cream in a shallow bowl (or plate), arrange the fruit on top, and sprinkle with almonds. Tip: Add some chocolate flakes to the cream…it’s a dream!
