First Harvest summer Salad
The perfect first harvest summer salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Herbs
- 1 Handful Lettuce
- 1 Handful Lollo blank
- 1 Handful Lollo rosso
- 1 Handful Sorrel
- 3 Branches Wasabi rocket
- 4 piece Wasabi arugula flowers
- 6 Branches Chives fresh
- 6 piece Chive flowers
- 3 Branches Dwarf basil
- 3 Branches Basil
- 6 piece Garlic grass
dressing
- 100 ml. Olive oil
- 100 ml. Vinegar (white balsamic vinegar)
- 100 ml. Water
- 1 teaspoon Sweet mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 50 g Yogurt 30%
- 1 piece Lemon (juice and zest)
- Pepper and salt
additionally bought
- 2 Size Tomatoes
- 1 piece Snake cucumber
- 1 package Blackberries fresh
- First, the freshly cut ingredients are washed well and sorted out.
- Then all the ingredients are either cut or plucked – depending on your taste
- Put the ingredients for the dressing in a shaker and mix well.
- Stack the salad ingredients in portion bowls and drizzle with the dressing.
- We had a medium fried fillet steak for this. But it also fits all other ingredients that match your taste – to make a full main course out of it.
