Fish and Avocado Tartare
The perfect fish and avocado tartare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 gr Smoked salmon
- 100 gr Arctic prawns
- 1 Avocado
- 3 Piece Slim spring onions
- 1 tbsp Sweet mustard
- 1 tbsp Good olive oil,
- A few dAshes of Worchester sAuce, pepper, 4 tbsp pArsley
- Juice of 0.5 lime and peel of one lime
- 1 kg Waxy potatoes
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Garnish: creme fraiche, trout caviar
- Cut the smoked salmon, prawns, avocado and spring onions into small pieces. Mix with lime juice / zest, oil, mustard, Worchester sauce, pepper and small chopped parsley. Press the mixture into 2 rings and place in the refrigerator until the hash browns are ready.
- For the hash browns: peel the potatoes and grate them in a sieve. Season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix. Bake in a pan over medium heat with oil until golden brown (8 pieces and with the help of a ring).
- Serving: Carefully remove the serving ring from the tartare, trap 4 rösti around it and garnish with a dollop of creme fraiche and trout caviar. Bon Appetit: 0)
