Fish and fruit salad à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s)
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • some nuts or almonds, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Steam the fish fillet until cooked through and, once cooled, tear it into small pieces. Cut the oranges into small pieces, the banana into medium-thick slices, and the peeled apples into thin slices. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and, if desired, finely chopped nuts or almonds. Then gently stir in the fruit and finally the fish. Serve until well combined.
