Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cans of sardines, skinless and boneless
- 125 g butter, soft
- 1 shallot(s), chopped
- lemon juice
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mash the sardines with a fork. Stir in the softened butter and chopped onion. Season with lemon juice and pepper. This makes a great spread for parties or picnics. It will keep in the refrigerator for several days. Tip: Use a red onion instead of the shallot.
