Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (linguini)
- 500g shrimp or king prawns
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 250 g cream
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the linguini until al dente. Finely dice the shallots and garlic. Lightly sauté the shallots in olive oil and add the garlic. It shouldn’t get too brown. Deglaze with the cream and reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the king prawns or shrimp and let them simmer; do not boil. If desired, add Parmesan cheese. Stir the linguini into the sauce and serve hot.
