Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg fish fillet(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup cream, /1-2 cups
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp herbs, Italian
- salt and pepper
- Grated cheese for topping
- small pieces of butter

quick and easy
Wash and dry the fish, cut into pieces, and drizzle with lemon. Mix the tomato paste with the egg yolk and cream. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, and season well with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Add the fish to the sauce and stir. Transfer everything to a greased baking dish, top with cheese, and scatter a few pieces of butter on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (425°F) for about 25 minutes.
