Fish finger casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 15 fish sticks
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fry the fish sticks in a pan in a little fat. Then place them in a casserole dish. Dice the onion and finely chop the mushrooms. Spread both over the fish sticks. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
