Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 pollock fillets (Alaska pollock fillets), thawed
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 4 carrots
  • ½ pack of cheese, grated
  • herbal salt
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • Vegetable stock powder
  • oil
  • ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place thawed fish in a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with herb salt. Dice the carrots into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and add the sugar. Sauté the carrots while stirring. Pour in the cream and simmer briefly. Season to taste with bouillon powder, pepper, herb salt, etc. Pour the sauce over the fish in the baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 15-20 minutes. Rice goes very well with this dish.
