Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets (redfish, cod, pollock, 200 g each)
  • lemon juice
  • Oil for the aluminum foil
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tbsp horseradish, grated (jar)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 20 g butter
  • Dill, chopped (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, acidify, and salt the fish fillets. Oil 4 rectangles of aluminum foil and arrange the fillets on them. Mix together the tomato paste and horseradish (use more to taste), stir in the diced onion, and spread it over the fish. Place knobs of butter on top and seal the foil packets tightly. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with fresh dill, if desired. Add fresh tomato slices, if desired.
