Ingredients

  • Salt pepper
  • Flour
  • 125 gr Flour
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 125 ml Beer
  • Salt pepper
  • For frying
  • 2 Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • For the beer batter, put the flour, egg yolk, salt, pepper and beer in a bowl and stir well. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold in carefully, set aside to swell. In the meantime, heat the fat.
  • Wash the fish, pat dry and pull the bones if necessary, season with salt and pepper. Then carefully turn the fish fillet in flour and then pull it through the batter. Carefully place in the hot fat and fry until golden.
  • Lay out the finished parts briefly on kitchen paper to degrease and then serve with lemon.
  • There was also a delicious potato and cucumber salad
