- 125 ml Beer

Instructions
- For the beer batter, put the flour, egg yolk, salt, pepper and beer in a bowl and stir well. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold in carefully, set aside to swell. In the meantime, heat the fat.
- Wash the fish, pat dry and pull the bones if necessary, season with salt and pepper. Then carefully turn the fish fillet in flour and then pull it through the batter. Carefully place in the hot fat and fry until golden.
