Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) cumin
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet or hot (depending on taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Important: Fast, simply good.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them on a baking sheet (or toss them). Sprinkle with spices and oil, mix by hand, arrange the wedges, and place them in the oven. Bake at approximately 180°C (convection oven). Depending on the size of the wedges and the desired browning, bake for 30-45 minutes. Important for the flavor: good potatoes and the cumin. It adds volume to the potatoes.
