Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tsp, leveled spice mix for fish, e.g. from Ankerkraut
- 2 tsp, heaped mustard
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Grind the spice mix in a mortar, peel and press the garlic cloves, and mix all ingredients together. Marinate two portions of fish in the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Then continue cooking the fish. The marinade is ideal for frying. The fish spice mix contains rosemary, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, cane sugar, dill, lovage, parsley, and onions.
