Fish or Chicken Nuggets / Children’s Dish
The perfect fish or chicken nuggets / children’s dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Fish or chicken fillet
- Flour
- 1 piece Egg
- 5 tbsp Cornflakes
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Salt pepper
- 4 tbsp Clarified butter
- Cut the fillet into strips or cubes, season with salt and pepper and turn in the flour. Whisk the egg in a plate with 2 tablespoons of water. In another plate, mix the crumbled corn flakes with the oat flakes and sesame seeds.
- Pull the fish strips through the egg and then turn them in the corn flakes mixture. Fry in a pan in the heated fat until golden brown on both sides. Alternatively, bake in the oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees hot air for about 15-20 minutes.
