Fish or Chicken Nuggets / Children’s Dish

The perfect fish or chicken nuggets / children’s dish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Fish or chicken fillet
  • Flour
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 5 tbsp Cornflakes
  • 2 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Salt pepper
  • 4 tbsp Clarified butter
  1. Cut the fillet into strips or cubes, season with salt and pepper and turn in the flour. Whisk the egg in a plate with 2 tablespoons of water. In another plate, mix the crumbled corn flakes with the oat flakes and sesame seeds.
  2. Pull the fish strips through the egg and then turn them in the corn flakes mixture. Fry in a pan in the heated fat until golden brown on both sides. Alternatively, bake in the oven on the middle rack at 180 degrees hot air for about 15-20 minutes.
