Fried Plaice with Cucumber Salad

- 0,5 Cucumber
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
- 1,5 Spring onions
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0,5 tablespoon Bio lemon zest
- 50 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Sugar brown raw sugar

- 300 g Freshly cut plaice fish
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Clarified butter

- Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Drain over a kitchen sieve. Cut the spring onion into rings.
- Mix the drained cucumber slices with the remaining ingredients and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
