Fried Plaice with Cucumber Salad

  • 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1,5 Spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 50 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt and pepper

  • 300 g Freshly cut plaice fish
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Clarified butter

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Drain over a kitchen sieve. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  2. Mix the drained cucumber slices with the remaining ingredients and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
