Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g fish fillet(s), firm (preferably cod or salmon)
- 500 g zucchini
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 1 large onion(s)
- 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 100 g crème fraîche
- n. B. Thyme
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 150 g cheese, grated Emmental

Super easy, super delicious. Perfect for every day.
Wash and slice the zucchini, then arrange evenly in a baking dish. Place the fish fillets on top. Chop the onions and sauté them with the bacon in a pan until translucent. Add the passata and crème fraîche, season well with the spices, and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. If you like, you can add pre-cooked sliced potatoes to the zucchini. We also like pasta or simply baguette.
