Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s), firm (preferably cod or salmon)
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • n. B. Thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 150 g cheese, grated Emmental

Wash and slice the zucchini, then arrange evenly in a baking dish. Place the fish fillets on top. Chop the onions and sauté them with the bacon in a pan until translucent. Add the passata and crème fraîche, season well with the spices, and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. If you like, you can add pre-cooked sliced ​​potatoes to the zucchini. We also like pasta or simply baguette.
