  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

very tasty, tender fish, simple, own creation

Thaw the fish fillets (if frozen) and pat dry. Peel and press the garlic, or finely chop it. Place it in a bowl and add the Provençal herbs, salt, and olive oil. Let it sit for a few minutes. Rub the fish fillets on both sides with the herb paste and wrap them in a single layer of baking paper. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, add the wrapped fillets, and fry for a few minutes on each side. Remove from the pan, remove from the baking paper, and serve on a plate. I usually serve it with boiled potatoes with melted butter and vegetables.
