Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 cans of sardines in oil, well drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 can of crab
  • ½ pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 pack of smoked trout fillet(s)
  • 1 small piece(s) of onion(s)
  • 1 jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice all ingredients evenly and carefully fold into the salad dressing. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. It tastes best on fresh baguette!
