Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 50 g butter
- 120 g chocolate, variety as required

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
soft glaze, enough for a 35 x 25 cm mold
Bring the first three ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the pan. This will produce a soft glaze, enough for a 35 x 25 cm pan.
