Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 25 g peanuts, unsalted and roasted
  • 25 g raisins
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 10 g honey
  • 100 g protein
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • possibly cinnamon powder or stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

ideal for athletes

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix (if desired, add a pinch of salt and some cinnamon and/or stevia). Chop the peanuts finely beforehand. Add the honey and peanut butter. Whisk the egg whites with the egg and mix well. Then fold in the low-fat quark. Pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper or onto a baking sheet (approx. 2 cm thick). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 25-30 minutes and cut into bars.
