Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 40 g almonds
  • 65 g sunflower seeds
  • 65 g flaxseed
  • 200 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 300 g honey, liquid or jam
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super tasty and quick to make

Simply mix all ingredients together and place on a baking sheet, spreading evenly depending on the height. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Cut the warm pastry into strips and let it cool. Super healthy + delicious!
