  • 50 g spelt flour
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 60 g powder (protein powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients together, spread with a spoon on baking paper, and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C. These cookies are high in protein, making them ideal for athletes and dieters who don’t like protein shakes.
