Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 can coconut milk
- 100 ml milk
- 185 g sugar
- 2 tbsp water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, coconut milk, milk, and 60g of sugar. Caramelize 125g of sugar, then add 2 tablespoons of water. Pour the caramelized sugar into a mold and pour the prepared batter over it. Cook in a water bath at 175°C for about 1 hour. Let cool, then turn out to serve.
