Flatbread with Öhmchen’s Tomato Butter

- 1 Pc. Flatbread
- 250 g Butter, tempered
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 100 g Tomato pulp
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Basil
- Season the butter with salt and pepper and beat in a bowl with a hand mixer until frothy.
- Mix with tomato paste, chopped garlic and chopped basil and roll in fresh and aluminum foil. Tip: Can be frozen very well and is quickly spreadable by whipping.
- Cut the flatbread into even pieces and toast until golden brown with the dome open. Let cool down briefly and brush with plenty of tomato butter.
