- 75 g flaxseed, unground
- 15 g cornstarch

Whisk the ingredients together until dry and pour over about 250 ml of boiling water. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Gradually pour the mixture in portions onto a silicone baking mat or baking paper. Spread it flat, cover with cling film, and then roll it out as thinly as possible with a rolling pin. Place the baking mat or paper onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Tip: I recommend sour cream with a little coarse sea salt as a dip. However, this will no longer make the chips vegan.
