Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g water
- 240 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 120 g flaxseed
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 60 g sesame seeds
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 60 g oil
- 5 g salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Meanwhile, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon. Do not knead! Spread the mixture thinly onto two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Place both sheets in the oven together and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the sheets and cut the dough into triangles. Then return to the oven and bake for another 55 minutes.
