Eggnog yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g cream
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 250 g egg liqueur
  • 150 g sugar
  • 6 g vanilla powder
  • 20 g lemon juice concentrate
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Whisk all ingredients together with a hand blender until the sugar has dissolved. Place in the ice cream maker for about 75 minutes. This ice cream is very creamy and can be served straight from the freezer.
