Flounder with mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 fish fillets (flounder fillets)
  • 2 shallots, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 150 ml cream
  • cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Done super quickly!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the fish fillets in the dish. Mix the shallots, mustard, and cream, pour over the fish, and bake at medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with cress.
