SABO – Cauliflower casserole with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 300 g ham, cooked / cut into strips
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 400 ml béchamel sauce
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Then, plunge the cauliflower florets into iced water and pat dry. Arrange the cauliflower florets in a dish. Lightly fry the ham and onion in butter and add to the dish. Cover with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
