Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g chocolate, dark
  • 185 g butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 220 g brown sugar
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a 22 cm springform pan with baking paper. Break or cut the chocolate and butter into pieces and melt in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, combine the eggs, sugar, and hazelnuts in a bowl, then stir in the melted chocolate-butter mixture. Pour the batter into the springform pan, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and let the cake cool in the pan. Cut into slices and serve.
