Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, soft
- 150 g brown sugar
- 300 g ground almonds
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 100 g chocolate (milk)
- 100 g chocolate (dark)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar together in a large bowl until fluffy. Using a mixer, add the remaining ingredients (melt the chocolate first). If you prefer a lighter cake, you can separate the eggs and fold in the beaten egg whites, but this isn’t usually necessary. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (electric oven) or 160°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes.
