Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g baking cocoa
- 245 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml water, lukewarm
- 120 g oil
- 120 ml milk
- 400 g sugar
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 bars of milk chocolate (100 g each)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
First, mix the dry ingredients together. Then add the other ingredients gradually. Spread the batter on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Once the cake has cooled completely, prepare the ganache: Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil and then add it to the bowl with the chocolate. Stir until all the chocolate has melted. Then pour it over the cake. Refrigerate the cake for about half an hour and then serve.
