Fluffy Chocolate Sin

  • 100 g Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Apricot jam
  • 150 g Melted chocolate
  • 1 handful Almond sticks
  1. Mix the margarine with sugar until frothy.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Mix the flour with baking powder, custard powder and almonds and add to the batter.
  4. Finally mix in cocoa.
  5. Pour the dough into a loaf pan.
