Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, alternatively flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp oat bran

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

simple, quick, without yeast and flour

Mix all ingredients, except the oat bran, thoroughly together. This works best in a food processor, but you can also do it by hand. Form six rolls. Place them on a baking sheet (lined with baking paper or a silicone baking mat beforehand) and cut a slit lengthwise along the top with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with oat bran (or poppy seeds, if you prefer). Bake for 30 minutes in an unheated oven at 200°C (400°F). You can add other ingredients to the rolls to taste. If you make six rolls, one roll has 200 kcal.
