Fluffy low-carb chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 tbsp powder (egg white powder neutral or chocolate)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, deoiled, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp pudding powder (chocolate pudding), unsweetened
  • 4 g baking powder
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), the pulp thereof, or vanilla flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

do not taste sticky, but nice and juicy

Mix all ingredients well (please check the carb content of protein powder before purchasing!). Divide the batter into 6 silicone muffin cups and bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.
