Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken fillet(s)
- 4 bananas
- 3 cups of cream
- 4 tsp, heaped ketchup
- 150g Gouda
- 3 tsp almond flakes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Chicken breast with bananas, delicious and fruity, topped with cheese
Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown, then place it in a baking dish. Slice the bananas and arrange them over the chicken. Whip the cream and fold in the ketchup. Spread the mixture over the chicken and bananas and sprinkle with cheese. After 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, the dish is ready and can be sprinkled with almonds.
