Foam Kiss Dessert

The perfect foam kiss dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 size Foam kisses
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 600 g Whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon
  • 3 Cans Mandarins
  • Cream to decorate
  • Cream stiffener
  1. Pour the tangerines onto a sieve. Let it drain for a few hours. Separate some mandarins for decoration.
  2. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Remove the waffles from the foam kisses and set them aside,
  3. In a large bowl, mix the quark, sour cream, mascarpone and lemon juice with a wooden spoon until smooth. Chop up the foam kisses and stir in as well.
  4. Now carefully fold in the whipped cream and the mandarins.
  5. A delicious dessert is already ready. Pour into a large bowl or two smaller ones. Garnish with the remaining mandarins, the halved waffles and cream. Or whatever you want it to be. The imagination knows no limits.
  6. Enjoy yourself.
