Foam Kiss Dessert
The perfect foam kiss dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 size Foam kisses
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 250 g Sour cream
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 600 g Whipped cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon
- 3 Cans Mandarins
- Cream to decorate
- Cream stiffener
- Pour the tangerines onto a sieve. Let it drain for a few hours. Separate some mandarins for decoration.
- Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Remove the waffles from the foam kisses and set them aside,
- In a large bowl, mix the quark, sour cream, mascarpone and lemon juice with a wooden spoon until smooth. Chop up the foam kisses and stir in as well.
- Now carefully fold in the whipped cream and the mandarins.
- A delicious dessert is already ready. Pour into a large bowl or two smaller ones. Garnish with the remaining mandarins, the halved waffles and cream. Or whatever you want it to be. The imagination knows no limits.
